I believe in a holistic approach to piano maintenance. Therefore, tuning appointments are set at a flat rate based on time spent plus parts if needed. This is to ensure that there is time in each appointment to make sure all of the piano is at its best, not just tuning.

You can choose from:

• Basic piano tuning package - 2 hours. This is generally for pianos that get tuned on a regular basis. Small fixes can be made, pedals adjusted, or perhaps some light hammer reshaping in addition to tuning.
• It's been a while piano tuning package - 3 hours. This is usually for pianos that haven't been tuned in several years. Two passes will be performed to ensure decent precision. This package has time for me to fix broken strings, do light regulation, etc.
• Full service package - 4 hours. This is for pianos that have been neglected for many years or perhaps for a more refined person who wants to have their piano as close to a concert instrument as possible.
• DOA - if your piano is beyond repair, I will refuse service. This is an extremely rare instance, but we value your satisfaction and would never take your money without being able to provide services.
